Who owns the legal rights to the technology developed by MSMP Technologies?
For the projects done for the client, client owns the legal rights to the technology developed by MSMP Technologies. In this case. all the development done by our company is the absolute property of the client. For the internal products/projects, MSMP owns the exclusive rights.
How do you ensure confidentiality?
Before, we start working on any project of our client, we sign an agreement between MSMP Technologies and our client. The agreement contains that the technology that we develop is the property of our client. We do not reuse the source code or technology that we have developed for our client.
In addition to this, our team of developers signs non-disclosure agreement with the company (MSMP Technologies).
