As a Telecaller at MSMP Technologies, you will be an essential part of our dynamic and growing team. This is an entry-level position ideal for freshers who are eager to kickstart their career in customer service. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products/services, and nurturing leads to convert them into loyal customers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn about our industry, develop communication skills, and contribute to the companys success.
Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Thoroughly understand the company’s products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Identify and qualify potential leads, collect essential information, and update the system.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with customers, addressing their queries.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and interactions in the company’s database.
- Provide feedback and insights to the team leader/manager to improve processes and customer engagement strategies.
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and best practices for tele calling.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while interacting with customers and colleagues.
Skills
