Blockchain Research Lead

Location: Remote
Timings: Day Shift
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner or maximum up to 30 days.
Experience: 3 to 4 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Blockchain Technology:
● 3-4 years of experience.
● Understanding of blockchain concepts and practical experience with cryptography,
consensus algorithms, and p2p networking.
● Good understanding of codebases such as Geth or other blockchain clients.
● Experience in forking blockchain clients to add features.
● Experience with Solidity smart contracts.
Programming Skills:
● System programming experience in Golang.
● Additional experience in C++ and Rust is appreciated.
● Intermediate level experience with JavaScript or NodeJS.
● Understanding of concurrency and control mechanisms.
● Experience in creating unit tests.
Networking and Communication Protocols:
● Understanding of sockets, HTTP, WebSockets, and other communication protocols.
● Expertise with Linux and networking.
Performance and Scalability:
● Writing performant servers with horizontal and vertical scalability.
Debugging and Research:
● Excellent debugging skills.
● A sincere researcher mindset.
Packaging and Deployment:
● Experience in creating quality distributions in Debian packages and Docker images.
Team Collaboration:
● Ability to self-manage.
● Guide and mentor other team members.
